Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Univada account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account. Tell us right away at security@univada.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

What you can do with course content

When you enrol in a course you receive a limited, non-transferable licence to stream and, where the instructor allows, download the course for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly display, scrape, or use Univada content to train machine-learning models. Instructors retain the copyright in their material.

What instructors agree to

Instructors warrant that their courses are original or properly licensed, accurate to the best of their knowledge, and free of material that violates third-party rights. Instructors grant Univada the rights necessary to host, transcode, deliver, and market their courses while the courses remain published.

Acceptable use

Do not use Univada to harass others, to publish unlawful content, to attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or to circumvent our payment systems. See Trust & safety for the full list. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. Refunds are governed by our refund policy; please read it in full before purchasing. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or close any account that has been inactive for 24 consecutive months after giving 30 days notice.

Disclaimers and liability

Univada is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Where local law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights as a consumer, those rights apply in addition to these terms. Most disputes are resolved fastest through our support team — write to support@univada.com before pursuing formal channels.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
