Accounts
Sign in and password
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the login page and we'll email a reset link to the address on file. The link expires after one hour for security. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support@univada.com with proof of purchase or your account ID.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on two-factor authentication from Account → Security. We support any TOTP-compatible authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator, Apple Passwords). Save the recovery codes somewhere safe — losing them locks you out of the account.
Closing your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion is final after a 14-day cooling-off period.
Payments and refunds
Accepted payment methods
Univada accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on the web, and Apple Pay through the iOS app. See our refund policy for full details on what's eligible for a cash refund versus credit refund.
Where is my receipt?
Receipts are emailed at the time of purchase and are also available under Account → Purchase history. You can re-download a PDF receipt at any time.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests are submitted from the course page in My Learning within 30 days of purchase. See the full refund policy for eligibility rules.
Courses and certificates
Lifetime access
When you enroll in a paid course, you keep access for as long as the course remains available on Univada and your account is in good standing. We notify you 60 days in advance if an instructor chooses to remove a course from the catalog.
Downloading lectures
Most video and PDF lectures can be viewed offline through the Univada iOS app. Direct downloads are restricted to protect instructor copyrights, but the mobile app caches lessons for offline study.
Certificates of completion
When you finish 100% of the lessons in a paid course, a certificate is generated automatically and appears under Account → Certificates. Certificates include a verification URL so employers and schools can confirm authenticity.
For instructors
Apply to teach from the Teach on Univada page. Once approved, you'll get access to the instructor dashboard, the course builder, the Q&A tools, and your earnings reports. The first payout lands 30 days after your first sale settles, and monthly thereafter.
