How we define an incident

We classify incidents in three tiers. Degraded means a non-critical feature is slow or partially failing for a subset of users. Partial outage means a feature is unavailable for many users but core learning still works. Major outage means most users cannot use the platform.

No incidents have been reported in the last 90 days. When something does happen, you'll find a timeline here with timestamps, scope, root cause, and the follow-up actions we've taken.
