Traction and metrics

Detailed financials, KPIs, and the latest investor update are shared on request under NDA. We publish a public summary of platform health — uptime, refund rate, course completion — each quarter on the About page.

Governance

Univada is governed by an independent board that includes the founder, two investor-elected directors, and an independent chair. We publish an annual transparency report covering safety, moderation, and material business risks.

Capital

We are well capitalised from previous rounds and do not have an active fundraise at the time of writing. We update this page when that changes. Strategic introductions to enterprise partners and senior operating hires are always welcome.
